Features

Yap is a small and quiet place. The dive shops, other hotels and restaurants are easily and quickly accessible by foot. For those who do not want to walk, transportation is readily available.

The Pathways features its own local cuisine restaurant with the view of Chamorro Bay enhancing the gastronomic experience. They specialize in local Yapese delicacies, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, American and European cuisine. Since Yap is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the Philippine Sea, be assured that there is at least one type of freshly caught seafood available to satisfy your palate.

Accommodation

Each of the cottages at the Pathways hotel was built so that the trade winds (seasonal winds in Yap which begin in December and lasts until around the month of May) would cool the structures naturally. Air conditioners and ceiling fans, however, have been installed for your comfort should you prefer to use them.

Other amenities included in the cottages are mini-refrigerators and private, en suite baths with hot water. The rooms do not have television sets or telephones. Should you need to utilize the telephone, you can do so at the front office.
